CEC is the flagship electronics company of the JG Summit Holdings, Inc.
which is one of the largest and most diversified business conglomerates
in the Philippines. Established in May 1993, CEC first started to produce completely processed Double Sided Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) in January 1995. The following year, CEC Started commercial production of multilayer boards (4 layers).

Awarded the ISO 9002 Certificate No. 0910089303 last July 14, 1998 through the German TUV Rheinland. By Q3 1999, CEC doubled its production capacity from 140K ft² to 280K ft² per month with an additional investment of US$5M.
